Our original studio, where The Recovery Room started. Customized therapeutic massage built around what your body actually needs, deep tissue, sports massage, assisted stretching, trigger point, myo-fascial release. Cryotherapy and recovery boots available as add-ons.
Walk through the main gym entrance and we're right there. You don't need to be a Fitness CF member.

Our full recovery center.
Infrared sauna, high-power reclining compression chairs, and percussion therapy, walk in anytime, no appointment needed. First come, first served, or call ahead and we'll hold your spot.
Plus two private massage suites, Recovery Rooms 1 and 2, for customized therapeutic sessions.
